I had a really good stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, with just a 10-minute ride to the central train station. Despite the small size of the rooms, they were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent, especially the reception staff who were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also quite good, with a nice selection of options.

All was great, nothing to complain about.

The hotel offers clean rooms with simple yet functional interior, 24-hour access, and plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Its location close to the center and near a tram station made transportation in this city extremely convenient. Additionally, the staff was fantastic and provided excellent local recommendations.

Location was perfect right in the city centre and near public transport. The clean rooms were a plus, as well as the fact that there were plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. the staff was polite and welcoming, which was a nice touch.

The glass bathroom door that didn't shut all the way made things uncomfortable, especially when someone was in the bathroom. the parking garage was pricey.

That Internet not was free to use. and it seemed expencive. This is the year 2010. Also there were some problems about the bill. one room had capped over some paychannels and there for we were charged for 2 days of paytv. not used. just capped over.

It was in the midst fo being refurbished. There was concrete being poured in the lobby on one day and lots of banging etc. The walls are very thin and there was a good deal of noise. The internet service is not especially reliable.

Plus, the included breakfast is a fantastic bonus, offering a variety of tasty options to kickstart your day.

The only minor downside is that the bathroom might be a bit cramped for some.

the pay tv is moneytrick. On the tv it says after 1 minute it will be charged, however all hotels have special remote controls to confirm the pay tv using, but I payed 2 days pay tv as I have never watched it..

the price quoted is unreasonable as within the same area with same facilities you will be able to get a better price 45-50% less than which i paid.

with compared to asian hotels at least a bottle of water need to be supplied along with the coffe making facilities. Even a plug top need to be purchased and this is the first ever hotel which i came accross in my life where i have to purchased the plug top to charge my mobile.

This hotel is a great find! It's right in the center of the city, just a stone's throw away from Barbarossaplatza station. The staff are incredibly helpful and the rooms have everything you need, including a separate bed for a comfortable night's sleep. Plus, they even offer breakfast as part of the package!

No complaints, everything was perfect!

I think this hotel is quite confortable and clean, it has a good price and it is close to the center (20 min on foot). If you want to spend a few days in Köln, I can recomend it.
